The property management was absolutely appalling and I would strongly recommend that you avoid using Beaney Pearce as a Tenant as a result. We had agreed on point of offer that the landlord had to legally substitute the furniture that was decayed prior to me moving, together with some repairs.... Read Full Review

Could have stuck to the wording of the contract, be competent and timely in handling issues.

Beaney Pearce have managed 5 of our properties for over 3 years and I have to say from the moment I started dealing with them in 2009 and since they have been excellent.
